Panaro wants to help and work with private companies facing succession issues, growth plateaus, the need for additional capital, or a deadlock in decision-making. We want owners who need liquidity, but do not want to see their life’s work pushed to the wayside.
Panaro offers a solution by keeping existing management in place, if practical, and can structure a change of ownership to accomplish the company founder’s goals. We can advise and manage this process for the owner or owners, whether the decision leads to a transition to professional management or a decision between internal candidates. Panaro can also provide interim management services until permanent arrangements can be made.

Panaro wants to work with this group of founders and entrepreneurs to continue and grow their businesses under professional management.
Private company decisions concerning matters of succession, change of ownership or reorganization are often difficult and always confidential. Panaro LLC seeks introductions to private companies ready to make these decisions. In consideration of introductions that lead to successful closings, Panaro will provide reasonable compensation to a finder after closing the transaction.
